Lauki Halwa / Lauki or Ghiya Ka Halwa / Easy halwa of Healthy Lauki
Lauki halwa is so easy that it does not require any expert cooking skills . I have made this halwa by adding only milk and sugar , I have not added any khoya or milkmaid . This is one of the best healthy recipe for fasts . On Tuesday my husband keeps fast without salt so I tried this lauki halwa and it came out very well . By adding khoya it becomes more creamy but adding milk only also it tastes no less and fantastic .

INGREDIENTS
Lauki or Ghiya 1 medium grated [2 cups grated ]
milk 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Ghee 2 tbs cashew nuts and almonds 3-4 each
