MULTI GRAIN NACHOS
Nachos is liked and enjoyed by everybody , They are crunchy , tasty and midmeal snack otherwise also they can be consumed at any time . Generally they are made of maize flour but we have made with multigrain that's why they have come out more tasty . healthy and crispy .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 5
INGREDIENTS
Maize flour 1/2 cup
Besan 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Salt , degi red chilli pwd mirch 3/4 tsp , oil for frying
METHOD
- Mix 1/2 cup maize flour , 1/2 cup besan and 1/2 cup rice flour , adding salt , degi mirch also . Make dough by mixing water to the three flours . Keep aside for 10 minutes , The dough should not be soft .
- Coat the dough with the oil . Make 4-5 pieces of the dough . Roll 1 small dough with the help of oil making it thin . Cut triangles with the rolled dough by making and crossing the lines with a knife .
- Heat oil in the kadai and put each triangle in the oil . Oil should be slow . It takes 4-5 minutes to fry on both the sides . Take out on a paper napkin .
- If you are finding it difficult to pick from the chakla , slide knife under the triangle to be picked . It will become easy to pick and put in the kadai . Keep the kadai slow at that time .
- Serve with salsa sauce or with tea . Keep in a air tight jar .
