HARI MIRCH
We have left over green chillies at home always .Our vegetable wali gives us free when we buy raw vegetables. Hari mirch is good for stomach gas.Sometimes we have to throw them when they become rotten because of excess quantity.So this is a best and quick recipe and they can be kept and eaten for days.

Cooking time 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 Hari mirch 20-25 [or 10 - 15 ]
2 Salt 1 tsp
3 Amchur powder 1 tsp
4 Oil 1 tsp
Method
Wash and slit them lengthwise but don’t cut them full only slitting in the center lengthwise
Warm the oil in small kadai .Put hari mirch and salt in it
Cover it .Gas should be low.
After 5 minutes stir and sprinkle amchur powder again cover for 5 more minutes
After 2 minutes switch off gas .Stir it and leave for 10 minutes covered
Ready to eat with parantha roti ,mathi or rice and roll
