STEAMED DAHI VADA / RECIPE STEAMED DAHI VADA
Dahi vada a street food is a everybody's favourite chat . It can be easily made at home and it makes the chat party delicious . Steamed dahi vada is as tasty and delicious as the fried ones . You can not make out the difference from the regular dahi vada . All the ingredients are same , it is more easy and healthy . If you are avoiding fried food and you want to make healthy and something tasty, this is the best option . If you do not have sweet chutney , you can add sugar in the dahi and then pour on this steamed dahi vada and serve .

Yellow moong dal 1/2 cup
White urad dal 1/2 cup
Curd 2 cups , sweet chutney 1/2 cup , green chutney 1/2 cup
ginger 1' grated , 1green chilli cut in small pieces , salt , chat masala 1 tsp , roasted cummin seeds pwd 1 tbs , corriander leaves 1 tbs , sev 1 tbs , pomegranate seeds 1 tbs
