RICE FLOUR DHOKLA
Dhokla made with rice flour is healthy , quick , delicious and quick to make . Dhokla originates from state of Gujarat . It is a snack of Gujarat eaten as a savory snack , breakfast, quick meals ,lunch or dinner . White dhokla is made with suji , rice flour and poha . Even in Mumbai You find white dhokla at any mithai shop . Rice flour is very light to digest so recipes with rice flour are very healthy and digestive . INGREDIENTS
Rice flour 2 cups
Suji 2 tbs
Curd 1 cup , salt , sugar 1 tsp , oil 1tsp , hing pinch , ginger green chilli 1 crushed . water , eno 1tsp , corriander leaves 1 tbs
FOR TEMPERING
1 tbs oil , 1 tsp mustard seeds , green chilli 1 , 1/2 cup water with salt , sugar 1/ 2tsp and lemon juice 1/2 tsp
