PALAK CUTLET [ vedio at the bottom ]
In winter we get good quality of green vegetables especially palak . It is very healthy . Palak paneer is the most common dish of palak . Cutlet made with loads of palak is a very tasty and different dish. It is easy too .
COOKING TIME 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Palak 1 cup [ can be added more ]
Potato 3 boiled
Corn 1/3 cup
Cheese 1 cube , salt per taste , green chilli 1 , chat masala as per taste , oil for frying , Maida 1 tbs in 1 cup water ,breadcrumbs of 4 bread slices [ stir bread slices in mixie to make bread crumbs ]
METHOD
Boil potatoes , wash and cut palak . Mix palak with potatoes .
Add grated cheese , corn , green chilli finely cut , salt and masala per taste .
Make cutlet shape with the mixture .
Heat the oil in a kadai . Take a roll , dip in maida ghol and roll it in bread crumbs covering from all the sides with the bread crumbs . Deep fry . Put 1 by 1 in kadai on high flame .
Fry it till brown on all sides .
