MAKKA ATTA SNACK
In winters makka atta or maize flour is used in most of the Indian homes . Sarson ka ssag and makka ki roti is the best and most common combination which you can get in every restaurant or party in winters of North India .Kids genarally want some variety so tasty snack , cutlets and dhokla can also be made with makka atta and served . This snack of makka atta can be stored and can be taken for travelling . You can eat them with any vegetable or with a chutney or just with a hot cup of tea .This atta is beneficial for skin , hair , heart and proper digestian due to presence of vitamin B complex . Makki has Vitamin A, C , k . It helps in functioning of thyroid gland to regulate body temperature for proper body functioning .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Makka atta 2 cups
Methi leaves 1 cup
Oil 2 tbs , Salt , paste of 2 chillies and 1' ginger [ You can cut them and coasrsely make paste with rolling pin or in a mixie ] red chilli pwd or red pepper, dhaniya pwd 1tsp , [ chat masala 1 tsp optional ] , hot water for kneading the dough .
METHOD OF MAKING MAKKA ATTA SNACK
Mix well all the things .
ENJOY THE CRISPY HEALTHY MAKKA SNACK WITH CHUTNEY OR WITH ALL MATAR OR ANY OTHE VEGETABLE .
You can cool them and store them for 2-3 days . They are good for travelling also . You can relish them with a cup of tea . Spices can be sdded as per taste .
