HEALTHY WHEAT KULCH A
Whenever you want to make tasty , quick and healthy filling dish , stuffed wheat kulcha is one of the best dish . Kids love it especially for their school lunch .Wheat kulcha is easily available at any bakery shop or with any breadwalla .For filling paneer is the best option either homemade or from the market . To make paneer at home , boil 1 kg full cream milk .When it is ready to boil put 1-2 caps of vinegar or put 1 cup curd or squeeze 1 lemon juice. Milk will curdle , seive through thin cloth and press with any heavy utensil or heavy chakla. Paneer is ready after 1/2 hour . Keep it in the fridge .

Paneer 250 gm [ ready made or homemade ]
Onion 2 small or 1 big , salt , oregano 1 tsp , salsa sauce 1tbs , oil 1tsp
