NUTRI NUGGET CUTLET [ vedio is at the bottom ]
Cutlets made with nutri nugget are very crisp and tasty . You can add all the vegetables which you like . Nutri nugget are nutritious and healthy for vegetarians . Garlic also gives good taste to it , but if you don't want to use garlic you can make without it . You can add 1 greenchilli as per taste .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Potato 2 boiled
Nutri nugget 1/2 cup [ crush them in mixie ]
Carrot , beans 1 tbs [ cut in very small pieces ]
Bread slice 2-3 , breadcrumbs 1 cup [ whisk the bread slice in mixie ] , garlic 4 grated [ optional ], salt , pepper
METHOD
Grate the boiled potatoes . Mix crushed nutri nugget , veggies , bread slices soaked in water with the grated potatoes . Add salt , pepper and garlic grated .
Make the shape of cutlet with the help of little water if it is dry , coat it the bread crumbs from all sides and deep fry .
Deep fry on high flame . If the cutlet is breaking in oil then take out and add more bread slice and then make it .
