VEG KATHI ROLL
Veg kathi roll is a delicious, healthy and filling brunch / lunch or can be served as healthy full dinner .The choice of veggies are as per choice . I have used paneer as a main ingredients as most of the vegetarians like paneer and makes it a staple food in our day today meal . The filing is simple and nutritiuos .Bell peppers make the veggie crunchy , you can use single colour bell pepper . Kids love cheese so adding to the filing makes it tasty and fillin and it gives a flavour of pizza so it can be prepared for school tiffin also. You can coat the roti with pizza sauce and then filling of paneer veggie can be done. This is basically a street food which originated from the streets of kolkatta. It is called with different names like vegetable frankie , chapati roll and many others .

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE VEG KATHI ROLL
For the filling
Paneer 1cup
onion 1/2 cup onion [ medium pieces ]
bell pepper 1/2 cup [ medium pieces]
tomato 3/4 cup , salt , haldi 1/2 tsp , red chilly pwd 1/2 tsp , corriander pwd 1 tsp , kasuri methi 1/2 tsp optional . oregano 1tsp , basil 1/ 2tsp , cheese grated 1/2 cup , oil 2tbs
For the roti dough
Maida 1 cup
Wheat flour 1/2 cup , salt 1/2 tsp , water
METHOD / HOW TO MAKE VEG FILLING

STEP BY STEP OF MAKING VEG KATHI ROLL
4 Put onion and bell peppers .
5 Roast them on medium flame for 2-3 minutes .
6 Add tomatoes cut in medium pieces only . Add salt and roast for 2 more minutes .
7 Add 1/2 tsp kasuri methi , Mix paneer cubes and mix well .
8 Roast and soak the water of the veggies on high flame .
9 Now switch off the gas and add 1/2 cup cheese grated .
10 Mix 1 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp basil also.
11 Filling is ready .
