AVOCADO DIP
Avacodo dip is one of the easiest, tastiest and healthiest dip which can be enjoyed with chips, bread or roti , parantha also .Avacoco is one of the most nuritious and healthy fruits that you must have in your daily diet . It originated in mexica but now it is culti vated all over the world . Avocado is very rich in protein . It keeps heart healthy as it is rich in mono unsaturated fat which reduces bad cholestrol. Avocado lowers blood pressure as is is loaded with potassium . It is low in caories, low in carbs and full of fiber so it helps in loosing weight .It is rich in several B vitamins , vitamin C, vitamin E which are important for your body .
COOKING TIME 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Avocado 2
Onion 1/2 cup
garlic 2 tsp
green chilli or jalapeno 2 tsp [ as per taste ]
corriander leaves 2 tbs cut in small pieces
tomato 3/4 cup diced
Lemon juice 2 tsp , salt
METHOD/ STEPS TO MAKE AVACADO DIP
Take ripe avocado and cut into half, take out the seed .
Scoop out all the pieces of the avacado with a scooper or a spoon .
Mash the scooped avocado with a spoon or with a fork and mix lemon juice . With the lemon juice it will not turn brownish.
Mix garlic , onion , tomato, green chilli [jalapeno] and corriander leaves , all cut in small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients well . Add salt as per taste .
Avocado dip is ready .

HOW TO MAKE EASY AVOCADO DIP
Buy avocado from the market which are firm outside . They should take pressure while pressing .
Cut them in halves and take out its big seed aside .
Now scoop out the pulp with a spoon or a scooper .
Mash the pulp with a fork or spoon and mix lemon juice immediately otherwise it will turn brown in colour.
Cut onion , garlic , tomato and corriander leaves into small pieces .
Mix avocado pulp with cut onion , garlic , tomato and corriander leaves .
Add salt and avocado dip is ready.
It is also called Guacamole dip .
You can enjoy it with chips , salads and dressings . With roti and parantha also it gives good taste .
