Suji Appe with lots of vegetable is a very tasty non fried snack . It is a quick time snack and breakfast . It is a south Indian dish and made with rice flour and idly dosa batter .In south India it can be made sweet or savoury . But suji appe is quick and you can add veggies of your choice . Kids love to take for school lunch box . The mixture of suji and curd takes only 10 minutes to prepare . You can add any veggie . In this recipe , I have roasted veggies in 2 tsp oil , you can skip it and add the veggie without roasting .

INGREDIENTS
Suji 1 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Vegetables Carrot 1/2 cup , capsicum or beans 1/2 cup , peas 1/2 cup
Salt , oil 2 tsp , kadi patta 4-5 , sarson 1/2 tsp , green chilly 1 optional cut in small pieces , eno 1/2 tsp or soda 1/4 tsp
