Parle G cake recipe / Quick cake recipe with Parle G Biscuits
Kids love cake and Parle G biscuits any time of the day . Cake made with Parle G biscuits give double flavour . It is quick and with less ingredients . You only need biscuits , milk and sugar . I have added tutti frutti also in the batter , you can skip it or add nuts . Cake looks good with tutti frutti pieces , you can buy from any grocery store .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Parle G biscuit 260 gm [ 2 packets of 130 gm each , cost of Rs 10 each ]
Pisi sugar 1/2 cup
baking pwd 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Drops of vanilla essence [ optional ] , tutti frutti 2 tbs
METHOD OF MAKING EASY QUICK CAKE WITH PARLE G BISCUITS
I have made with 1 packet of 130 gm in this recipe that means I have taken half the quantity of everything .
- Take 1 packet of 130 gm [ 110 gm +20 gm extra pack ]. Put it in the blender .
- make powder of the biscuits .
- add 1/4 cup pisi sugar to the powder and blend together again . there should not be any big pieces so blend properly .
- put powdered biscuits with pisi sugar in a bowl . [ you can seive through strainer and blend the remaining pieces again ]
- add 1/2 cup milk slowly to make batter . [ you can add more milk if the batter is thick ]
- whisk it properly .
- add few drops of vanilla essence .
- coat the cake mould with any oil . sprinkle 2 tsp maida over it and dust it on all the sides .
- preheat oven on 180 ' for 5-7 minutes .
- put 1/2 tsp baking soda in it .
- you can add 1 tbs tutti frutti in the batter .
- put batter in the cake mould . decorate some tutti frutti pieces over it . you can put dry fruits also , instead of tutti frutti .
- keep the mould in the oven or toaster oven .
- bake for 20 - 25 minutes . it varies in every oven .
- you can check by putting a tooth pick or a fork . if it comes out clean , than it is done .
- when the oven is off , keep in the oven for 2-3 minutes more and then take out .
- after 5 -7 minutes , roll a knife in the sides of the mould to separate it from the mould . tap it on the back and take out in a plate .
- enjoy easy quick Parle G biscuit cake .
STEP BY STEP OF MAKING PARLE G BISCUIT CAKE
- I have taken half the quantity to make this recipe .
- so take 1 packet of Parle G big packet of Rs 10 , it has 110 gm + 20 gm extra .
- put the biscuits in the blender and powder them properly .
- add 1/4 cup of pisi sugar and blend again .
- strain in a bowl so that remaining big pieces are blend again .
- add milk slowly and make batter neither thin nor thick .
- add 1/2 tsp baking pwd and mix again .
- you can add 1 tbs tutti frutti in the batter .
- heat oven or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes on 180 ' .
- coat 1 tsp oil in the cake mould and sprinkle maida in it and dust it .
- put batter in the mould and decorate it with tutti frutti or nuts .
- bake the batter for 20 - 25 minutes on 180 ' [ time can differ as each oven is different ]
- check after 20 - 25 minutes with a tooth pick or fork . if it comes out clean than it is done .
- switch off the oven , let it remain for 5 more minutes and then take out .
- cool for 10 minutes . roll a knife around the cake so that it leaves its sides .
- pat at the back and take out in a plate .
- enjoy tasty quick easy Parle G biscuit cake .
