Crispy Veg Cutlet / Easy Aloo Matar Cutlet Recipe
Vegetable cutlet is a crisp and delicious easy Indian snack recipe of mix veggie and spices . This is a crispy version of popular Aloo Matar tikki . Generally tikki or cutlet is dipped in maida paste and coated with bread crumbs to make it crispy but in this recipe only rice flour is used to make it crisp . Cutlets is a perfect tea time snack and starter . For mix veg you can add gajar , beans , gobhi or any other vegetable . I have used only aloo and matar [ matar is available plenty in winters] .Spices also you can add as per taste . These delicious veg patties are a great appetizers to serve the guests .This veg cutlet can makes a perfect crisp patties for Veg Burgers , just slide them between the buns along with mayonnese , chutneys , sauce , pieces of onion and tomato . This lip smacking cutlet is perfect for kids also .
