TOMATO SHORBA
Tomato shorba is the liquidy form of tomato soup and it is very digestive and healthy as it has paneer too . It is very easy to make .When tomatoes are cheap in the market you can make 2-3 times a week as it can be taken as hot nutritious water.
COOKING TIME 1/2 hour
INGREDIENTS
Tomato 4
Carrot 1 [optional ]
Paneer 100 gm grated
Corriander leaves 1/3 cup washed and cut
Salt as taste , black pepper pinch , sugar 2 tsp
METHOD
Boil tomato and carrot in 3 glass of water with salt. Cut tomato in 4 pieces when boiling.
Cool and mix in mixie to make paste. Sieve through strainer with the water.
Add black pepper and sugar to the mixture.
While serving make it very hot and sprinkle grated paneer and corriander leaves to each serving.
TOMATO SHORBA IS READY TO SERVE
