VEG MANCHURIAN
Veg manchurian is one of the most popular chinese dish which is served with noodles or fried rice . Kids also love it . Crunchy mix veggies shaped into balls and deep fried and dipped in the mixture of garlic and chinese sauces gives awesome taste and flavour .Spring onion are must and gives authentic taste . It is easy and quick to make .

INGREDIENTS
For manchurian balls
Cabbage 1/2 medium size [grate or cut in small pieces ]
Carrot 1 grated
Beans 4-5 [ cut in very small pieces ]
Corn flour 2 tbs maida 3 tbs salt black pepper 1/2 tsp oil for frying
For the gravy
garlic 2 tbs
Onion 1 green onion 1 soya sauce 1 tbs , chilly sauce 1 tbs , tomato sauce 1 tbs , corn floyr 2 tbs , salt pepper
METHOD
- For balls , grate or cut cabbage , carrot and beans into very small pieces . You can add cauli flower , bell pepper or any other veggie of your choice .
- Mix 2 tbs corn flour and 2- 3 tbs maida to the grated veggies . Add salt and pepper . You can add 1 tsp green chilli as per taste .
- Make ball of the mixture . Deep fry on meduim gas till golden brown . Keep aside the fried balls .
- Make batter of 2 cups water to the 2 tbs corn flour and mix well .
- For the gravy , Heat a big kadai and pour 2 tbs oil . On high flame add 2 tbs garlic , cut in small pieces and white part of green onion als cut in pieces . Add 1 red onion cut in 5- 6 pieces . Fry for 2 minutes .
- Add 1 tbs soya sauce , 1 tbs chilli sauce . Mix again . Add 1 tbs tomato sauce . Sauces you can add more as per taste . Flame should be always high while making gravy .
- Mix 3 cups of water and boil again . Now add half quantity of corn flour mixed in water. Add salt and rest of the corn flour water .Add manchurian balls to the gravy and boil for 2 minutes .
- Sprinkle green part of spring onion and serve .
- You can add more water if it is thick and add sauces as per taste .
SERVE VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN WITH NOODLES OR FRIED OR PLAIN RICE '
