With just three days to go for voting in the by-elections in Kadapa district, the State Intelligence reports suggested a massive victory for YSR Congress Party in Kadapa Lok Sabha and Pulivendula Assembly constituencies.
The ruling Congress is headed for a third position in Kadapa LS seat.
Quoting the intelligence report, the YSR Congress Party leader C C Reddy said on Wednesday that Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy would garner more than 50 percent of the total votes in Kadapa Lok Sabha seat. The TDP is expected to get 22.4 percent while Congress will have to contend with 19.2 percent votes.
In Pulivendula also, YSR’s widow Vijayamma is set to win hands down while YS Vivekananda Reddy will stand second with 25 percent votes and TDP candidate will come a poor third, Reddy said.
