A political tsunami will soon hit the state leading to the collapse of the Kiran Kumar Reddy government.
The tsunami will be triggered by the collective action of the supporters of YSR Congress Party President Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Congress MP from Anakapally Sabbam Hari said.
“We are all ready to resign from our posts whenever Jagan asks us to do,” Hari said on Tuesday soon after the conclusion of Jagan’s 48-hour Rythu Deeksha at Gintur. Along with Hari and another MP Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy, as many as 19 legislators attended the rally to express solidarity with Jagan.
The present government would not stay even for a minute if Jagan makes up his mind to pull it down, Hari said. Speaking after the Deeksha, former minister Konda Surekha predicted that the Kiran Kumar Reddy government would collapse “very soon” and YSR Congress Party would form the next government.
The rabble-rousing remarks by Jagan loyalists came on a day when AICC General Secretary in-charge of Andhra Pradesh Ghulam Nabi Azad held prolonged interactions with the party MPs, Ministers, MLAs and other leaders on how to strengthen the party.
