Firebrand rebel Congress MLA Konda Surekha, a staunch loyalist of YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, inadvertently disclosed that former AICC in-charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs Veerappa Moily was the strong supporter of Jagan.
“It was only because Moily was the strong supporter of Jagan and was moving closely with him, the Congress high command shifted him from the state in-charge post and changed his portfolio from law to an insignificant department. On the other hand, Shankar Rao who was nothing during YSR regime, was given cabinet berth just for his outburst against Jagan,” Surekha said.
