Tuyên Cáo Thành Lập "Phụ nữ Nhân quyền Việt Nam"

Cho đến thế kỷ 21- thời đại của tri thức và dân chủ tự do, Việt Nam vẫn còn là quốc gia có một hồ sơ dày cộm về đàn áp Nhân quyền.

Nhân quyền được coi là thước đo quan trọng để định hình mức độ văn minh và là điều kiện tiên quyết tạo ra phúc lợi tinh thần và giá trị nhân văn cho con người. Thế giới ngày hôm nay đã và đang đề cao Nhân quyền trong tất cả các lĩnh vực hoạt động xã hội. Tuy nhiên hiện nay người dân Việt Nam vẫn chưa có cơ hội thụ hưởng Nhân quyền theo dúng ý nghĩa tốt đẹp và nhân bản nhất của nó. Bằng chứng là nhiều người bảo vệ Nhân quyền ở Việt Nam vẫn đang tiếp tục bị đàn áp bằng nhiều hình thức, đặc biệt là những người phụ nữ.

Trong bối cảnh đó, thiết nghĩ, việc hình thành và phát triển các tổ chức xã hội dân sự bảo vệ Nhân quyền là điều cần thiết và khẩn cấp. Các tổ chức này không chỉ quan trọng đối với lợi ích của mỗi cá nhân người dân mà còn thiết thực đối với việc xây dựng nền tảng thăng tiến xã hội. Vì thế, chúng tôi-những người quan tâm về nhân quyền nói chung và nhân quyền của nữ giới nói riêng cùng nhau cho rằng việc thành lập Phụ nữ Nhân quyền Việt Nam (http://vnwhr.net/) là sự cần thiết để đại diện một cách độc lập, công bằng và vô vị lợi cho toàn thể những người phụ nữ đã, đang và sẽ bị tổn thương về Nhân quyền, lập nên một tổ chức sinh hoạt dân sự có tên gọi là Phụ nữ Nhân quyền Việt Nam nhằm:

Gắn kết các cá nhân phụ nữ chịu thiệt thòi và dễ bị tổn thương từ các vụ việc vi phạm Nhân quyền.
Lên tiếng và có những hành động bảo vệ thiết thực đối với những người phụ nữ đã và đang bị xâm phạm phẩm giá và các quyền con người cơ bản.
Chia sẻ và tuyên truyền những kiến thức nhằm nâng cao trình độ hiểu biết của phụ nữ Việt Nam về quyền con người và về vai trò của phụ nữ trong một xã hội tôn trọng nhân quyền.

Tôn chỉ của Phụ nữ Nhân Quyền Việt Nam không gì quan trọng hơn là nâng cao nhận thức của từng cá nhân trong xã hội về phẩm giá con người và những quyền con người cơ bản của chính mình cũng như của người khác, từ đó góp phần thúc đẩy một xã hội tôn trọng nhân quyền.

Phụ Nữ Nhân Quyền Việt Nam là một tổ chức xã hội dân sự, phi chính trị cam kết góp vai trò của mình vào mục tiêu kiến tạo một xã hội Việt Nam tôn trọng nhân quyền, và là một bộ phận không tách rời trong phong trào bảo vệ nữ quyền trên thế giới.

Declaration on The Founding of Vietnamese Women for Human Rights

Until the 21st century - the era of knowledge and liberty and democracy, Vietnam remains a country with a thick dossier on human rights abuses.

Human rights are considered an important milestone to measure the level of civilization and is a prerequisite to create spiritual well being and humanist values for humans. The world today has been promoting human rights in all areas of social activities. Yet presently the people of Vietnam have not yet had the opportunity to enjoy the beneficiary 's rights in its beautiful humanist sense of the word. Evidently many human rights defenders in Vietnam continue to be suppressed in various forms, especially the women.

In this context, we humbly believe the formation and development of civil society and institutions to protect human rights is essential and urgent. These organizations are not only important for the benefit of each individual person, but also practical for the building of social promotion platform. So, we - who care about human rights in general and women's rights in particular - together believe that the founding of the Vietnamese Women for Human Rights (http://vnwhr.net/) is essential for an independent, fair and non-profit establishment to represent all the women whose Human Rights have been and will be violated. We therefore establish a civilian organization of women called Vietnamese Women for Human Rights to:

Connect disadvantageous women and individuals together, those who are vulnerable to the violation of human rights.
Speak out and take practical action to protect women whose dignity and fundamental human rights have been infringed upon.
Share and disseminate knowledge in order to improve the understanding of Vietnamese women on human rights and the role of women in a society that respects human rights.

The guiding principles of the Vietnamese Women for Human Rights is nothing more important than to raise the awareness of every individual in society about human dignity and the basic human rights of their own as well as the others, thereby contributing to the promotion of a society that respects human rights.

Vietnamese Women for Human Rights is a civil society organization, apolitical, committed to contribute its role in the endeavor to create a Vietnamese society that respects human rights, and is an integral part of the movement to protect women's rights around the world.

Erklärung über die Gründung der Organisation „Vietnamesische Frauen für Menschenrechte“

Auch im 21. Jahrhundert - das Zeitalter des Wissens und der Freiheit und Demokratie- bleibt Vietnam ein Land mit einem dicken Dossier über Menschenrechtsverletzungen.

Die Menschenrechte gelten als ein wichtiger Meilenstein, um das Niveau der Zivilisation zu messen und sie sind Voraussetzung für geistiges Wohlbefinden und für die Schaffung humanitärer Werte. Die Welt von heute fördert die Menschenrechte in allen Bereichen der Gesellschaft. Doch die Menschen in Vietnam haben derzeit noch nicht die Gelegenheit, diese Rechte in ihrem schönen humanistischen Sinne des Wortes zu genießen. Nachweislich werden viele Menschenrechtler in Vietnam in verschiedensten Formen unterdrückt, vor allem die Frauen.

In diesem Zusammenhang sind wir der Ansicht, dass die Bildung und Entwicklung der Zivilgesellschaft und Institutionen, dringend notwendig sind, um die Menschenrechte zu schützen. Zivilgesellschaft und Institutionen sind nicht nur wichtig für das Wohl jeder einzelnen Person, sie sind auch notwendig für die Förderung von sozialen Plattformen. Wir - die sich um die Menschenrechte im allgemeinen und insbesondere für die Rechte der Frauen kümmern - glauben, dass die Gründung der Organisation „Vietnamesische Frauen für Menschenrechte“ (http://vnwhr.net/) als eine unabhängige , faire und Non-Profit- Einrichtung essentiell ist, um alle Frauen, deren Menschenrechte verletzt wurden und werden, zu vertreten. Wir gründen daher eine zivile Organisation von Frauen mit dem Namen „Vietnamesisch Frauen für Menschenrechte“:

Wir bringen benachteiligte Frauen und Einzelpersonen zusammen, also diejenigen, die besonders leicht Verletzungen der Menschenrechte ausgesetzt sind.
Wir bringen ihre Anliegen zur Sprache und ergreifen praktische Maßnahmen, um Frauen, deren Würde und grundlegenden Menschenrechte verletzt werden, zu schützen.
Wir vermitteln und verbreitern unser Wissen, um das Verständnis der vietnamesischen Frauen für die Menschenrechte und ihre Rolle als Frau in einer Gesellschaft, die die Menschenrechte respektiert, zu verbessern.

Uns, „Vietnamesische Frauen für Menschenrechte“ ist nichts wichtiger als das Bewusstsein eines jeden Individuums in der Gesellschaft über die Menschenwürde und die grundlegenden Menschenrechte ihrer eigenen und auch die der anderen anzuheben, mit dem Ziel, eine Gesellschaft zu fördern, die die Menschenrechte respektiert .

„Vietnamesische Frauen für Menschenrechte“ ist eine Organisation der Zivilgesellschaft, unpolitisch und verpflichtet, sich an der Bildung einer vietnamesischen Gesellschaft, die die Menschenrechte respektiert, zu beteiligen. Sie ist auch integraler Teil der Bewegung, die die Rechte von Frauen auf der ganzen Welt schützt.
