Waive entire balance

*Forward to Music & Media for waive requests

Bold=forward to appropriate library to waive or payment

1) Click on the Fulfillment Tab.

2) Under Fulfillment and Checkout/Checkin select Manage Patron Services.

3) Scan Patron ID or Search for Patron and click Go.

    • Type in last name, first name

    • Scan ID

    • Type in account/barcode number

4) Click on the active balance link.

5) To waive the full balance, make sure you sort by status Active and click the top left checkbox to select all fines.

6) Fill out the following fields:

Waiving Reason: typically "other"

Comment: Enter why the balance was waived

Click Waive.
