1) Always be sure to enter a fulfillment note with the patron's info after changing the status to missing.
2) If our copy cannot be found but another is available, can kindly let the patron know they can retrieve a copy at another campus library. Do not list our copy as missing without a fulfillment note. If they are a faculty member or the other available copy is at Oxford or other campus library, you can place an item level request for that specific item.
