When you close a ticket in response to an printing alert in LibAnswers, remember to fill in the "Create a Reply" field:
1. Say what you did
2. Sign your full name
Only then submit the ticket as closed.
If there is a duplicate ticket about the same issue, either repeat what you did or say "Duplicate ticket" and sign your full name.
