no printer alerts are being received in the LibAnswers queue

It looks like the LibAnswers queue for EaglePrint notifications is not receiving emails from our devices. Emails are being received by ServiceNow and my personal inbox, so I can see when things are happening. But our student staff won’t see anything in the queue.

I have a ticket open with the messaging team to see if they can find out if the messages are being blocked/delayed prior to leaving our mail servers. I will also be contacting SpringShare to see if they are actually receiving any of these messages.

Until this is resolved, no printer alerts are being received in the LibAnswers queue.
