The current EmoryUnplugged SSL certificate will be replaced on the day after Commencement, May 15. Post change, any device that connects to EmoryUnplugged must accept the new SSL certificate before being allowed to connect.
What does it mean for users? Some devices will accept the new certificate automatically without requiring any user action. Some devices may prompt the user to accept the new SSL certificate before being allowed to connect. Devices include (but are not limited to) smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
Student Technology Support desk on Level 1 will be closed the week of commencement May 14-18 and will re-open Monday, May 21st. When STS desk is closed, students who are having issues connecting should call the University Service Desk at 404-727-7777.
