Submit a TAS Exception
To correct a missing clock in/out, submit a TAS exception:
Go to https://staffweb.library.emory.edu/ and log in with your Net ID and password.
Click the TAS tab and then select Submit a TAS Exception.
Enter the date of the exception, the reason (choose either clock in or clock out—ignore all other options), and the time of the missing clock in/out.
Under Report To, select both Khadijah Muhammad and Richard McNeal.
In the Notes field, enter your TAS number.
Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Note: If you are off-campus, you must first log into Emory's virtual private network at vpn.emory.edu before logging into StaffWeb.
If you run into any problems (the TAS tab doesn't appear, you get a message that you lack the correct permissions, etc.), please email Khadijah Muhammad at khadijah.muhammad@emory.edu so she can update your access to the system.
Keep in mind that exception reports can take as long as a week to clear, which means you may continue to receive missing clock in/out notifications even after your exception report has been submitted and approved. Please disregard these notifications. If you continue to receive such notifications more than a week after submitting the exception report, however, then please do let Tara know.
