1. ALWAYS use your Net IDs when sending jobs for yourself to the printer. No aliases or other shenanigans.
2. NEVER release a job in Pharos Remote that doesn't use the person's actual Net ID (including for staff). Only release jobs for which users entered their Net ID in the popup window.
