Recently, a large number of students have visited Student Technology Support and other service desks across campus, being unable to submit jobs to EaglePrint due to the driver version on their computer being out of date. The main symptom is seeing an exclamation point next to the EaglePrint printer option when selecting it from the print menu in an application.
The resolution to this is for the student to update the HP driver version on their computer via the App Store or by going directly to https://support.apple.com/kb/dl907?locale=en_US to download and install the update manually. Either option should work fine.
