Staffing in MediaLab should resume around July 20th - I will update you once I have staffing availability confirmed. The traffic in the lab is quite low during the Summer, and there is a sign posted at the desk instructing users to contact LSD for technical issues with the workstations and the wml-4-cl-p1 printer. You would provide the same level and type of support as you are providing for the Learning Commons computers and printers and would submit a ticket for the issues that you cannot resolve, as usual. For poster printing, the users are instructed to email SDL at eagleprint@emory.edu.
