Quick zoning update, Business Printer and Recycling Toner Cartridges and Drums

Robert came by and gave me an update on two areas: the Business Printer and our used toner cartridges for the M880’s and the drums.

Business Printer:

This keeps jamming in the 3^rd tray. The alerts don’t seem to be working, but there should be an error message on the display. So Robert wonders if we’re not checking that printer when we do our regular zoning. He asked if we can make a point to check on this printer.

Recycling the M880’s toner cartridges and drums:

Marty asked if we can bring the used ones directly into the supply room office, rather than leave them in the recycling area for toner. They’re taking up too much room. Robert also said that there’s a sign in the mail room that tells you where to put them if nobody is there to talk to.
