With some students back on campus this week, and all of them back next week, I wanted to give all of you an update on the current status of our Apple/HP printing issues.

I have personally talked with support engineers at both Apple and HP this week. Both have acknowledged that a problem exists, but were unable to provide an estimated time for a resolution to be released.

So in the meantime, we will continue to see users come to us with problems printing from Mac OS High Sierra. The workarounds are essentially asking the user to resubmit the print job from another computer that is NOT running Mac OS High Sierra. Then you can use Pharos Remote to release the new job from the Queued Jobs list without charging the user.
