Copying eagleprint@emory.edu when closing tickets in LibAnswers

Remember, that you need to copy eagle print@emory.edu when you are closing a ticket in LibAnswers when and ONLY when:

1. You have replaced toner cartridge or image drum—copy eagleprint so that Robert knows to follow up and send a replacement.

2. You attended to an issue but could not resolve it (e.g., could not clear the jam) - copy eagleprint so that Robert can follow up.

DO NOT copy eagleprint@emory.edu when there is no follow up needed, for instance, when you reloaded paper or successfully cleared a jam. Just close the ticket.
