Patrons select EaglePrint_BW or EaglePrint_Color printer
Note: all print settings must be handled in the Print popup window, including single-sided v. double-sided, paper tray selection (if manually feeding one's own paper), resizing the image, orientation, etc.
Note: the default settings are for 8.5" x 11" paper, printing double-sided.
In the Pharos popup window, patrons enter their Net ID (if faculty, staff, or student) or their card # (if using a guest copy card or dept card) and a name for the job.
The job then appears in the queue for the print group (BW or Color), awaiting release. Patrons have 2 hours to print the job before it is deleted from the queue.
Patrons swipe their pre-loaded EmoryCard at the release station of a B&W printer or at the touch screen of an MFP.
Patrons select the job to print on the screen and click Print.
Note: Print jobs are now connected to the patron's EmoryCard by the Net ID. There is no way to release a job without using the appropriate ID.
