Printing on custom paper

Patrons can print on their custom paper at any EaglePrint printer anywhere using Tray 1.

Tray 1 is a tray that opens on the front or side panel of a printer:

• BW printers —Tray 1 is on the front of the printer.

• MFPs—Tray 1 is on the right side of the printer.

• GBL and MediaLab Color printers—Tray 1 is on the right side of the printer.

Once you open Tray 1, put the custom paper in there, adjust the paper guides around the paper, and print as normal. The printer will automatically detect paper in Tray 1 and print from it.

If the printer still prints from another tray, make sure that the paper in Tray 1 is pushed all the way in.
