ILLIAD DOWNTIME, 8-11AM, THURS, JAN 16TH

The ILLiad interlibrary loan and document delivery system will be down from approximately 8am-11am tomorrow, Thursday, January 16^th, for an essential software update.

We will notify you when the update has started and when it is complete, which probably will be before the end of the announced update window.

Most of the enhancements in this update will be transparent to students, faculty and staff. We separately have contacted/will contact library staff outside ILL who need additional information about resetting staff passwords, etc.
