Room reservation error when using wireless network

When someone is trying to reserve a room using EmoryUnplugged wireless network—that includes both personal laptops and the iPad displays installed next to the room doors—they may get this error: "Error: Mismatched data- ensure that cookies are enabled." We have a service ticket open with the network engineers.

Until the issue is resolved, please ask users to use one of the following workarounds to place a reservation:

1. Use one of the Learning Commons computers.

2. Use their personal laptop, but instead of the EmoryUnplugged wireless network, connect to "eduroam" and login with their Emory NetID and password.
