Emory Libraries is currently developing a Master Plan that will lay the foundation for strategic improvements to staffing, services and spaces offered across library spaces: Computing Center at Cox Hall, Woodruff Library, MARBL, Goizueta Business Library, Music & Media Library, graduate, undergraduate and micro labs.
We are working with a consulting partner, brightspot strategy, who employ a varieties of tools to help us understand the current and future needs of our users. During their next campus visit September 22 – 24, brighspot will be conducting guided tours and user workshops with faculty, staff and students.
As project manager for the Master Plan project, I am responsible for finding volunteers for these tours and workshops.
Tours
On the tours, library users will guide two brightspot consultants through Library spaces while they ask questions. Each tour should last no longer than 1 hour. Here are the available dates and times for guided tours:

Workshops
For the user workshops, groups of 12-15 undergraduates will work with brightspot in a 2-hour focus-group setting to discuss Library services and spaces. Here are the available dates and times for the workshops:
Undergraduates: Wednesday, September 23rd 6:00pm – 8:00pm (Dinner provided)
