Goizueta Accounting Career Awareness Program

Here are the days/times for one of the high school student groups that are sponsored by GBS over the summer.

This group is part of the Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP). There are 20 students and they will be on campus beginning Monday, June 19.

These is the schedule they have identified for using the library:

Monday, June 19th - 2:30-3:45 pm, 7:45-10 pm

Tuesday, June 20th - 8-10 pm

Wednesday, June 21st - 8-10 pm

Thursday, June 22nd - 4-5:45 pm, 7-10 pm

I’ve highlighted in yellow the times when they would need to be logged in to use the Woodruff commons public machines. The non-highlighted times they will be working in GBL as staff will be there to log them in. They will only be using the free internet, they will not be authorized to use any Emory libraries databases. I’ve communicated to them this schedule and that they will need to go to the Library Services Desk and should identify themselves as part of this group. I will be meeting with the students and their advisers in GBL on Monday, 6/19 at 2:30 and I will also review these instructions with them.
