Hello LSD Team,

I want to share some awesome feedback about our team, and the customer service that we are providing. I was very happy to see the below customer responses, and I would like to thank each one of you for all of your hard work at the Service Desk. I know that everyone is balancing a lot with classes, work, and LIFE! Yet, you still come to work with a smile, patience, and great customer service.
