1) Type in title or in the Persistent Search box.
2) View search results, click Items under specific title that lists your holding.
3) Click '...' on the appropriate item and select Toggle Missing Status.
**Missing process status then appears.
5) To indicate this item needs to be on hold for a patron when found, enter a Fulfillment Note. Click on '...' and then Edit.
6) Click on the Notes tab and enter a Fulfillment Note with the following.
*If the patron does not want to place a hold, simply put "Patron declines hold" in the note after toggling the missing status.

**This will flag the item to be put on hold when stacks finds it.
7) When the item is found and checked in, the following message will pop up:
8) Write down the patron information, copy the barcode and checkout the item to HEMINGWAY.
9) Bring up the item record by pasting the barcode in the Persistent Search.
10) Under the title, place the Request for the patron.

Pickup at: Robert Woodruff Library
Click Submit.
11) Check-in the items and place on the hold shelf.
