Check the computers when you zone

When you zone, please touch an arrow key on every computer's keyboard in your zone and make sure that the computer is on and operational:

1. If a computer is off, turn it on.

2. If an iMac is displaying one of the three screens from my previous message below, fix the issue (see the message)

3. If a PC is displaying a grayish screen instead of the login screen, turn the PC off holding the power button down and turn it back on.
