Scanner failure
An MFP displays '!" next to "Copy" and "E-mail" functions on its touchscreen, and the functions are grayed out;
When you touch the "!", another screen appears:
Ask the user to use another MFP.
Make sure that the lock is in the unlocked position. The lock is found underneath the top part of the MFP, right above where the printed pages come out.
Restart the MFP by switching its power button on the left side off and back on.
If the error reappears, report the problem to eagleprint@emory.edu. Be sure to include:
The exact printer name;
Details about the issue;
What you have done to troubleshoot;
Your full name.
