Create a Fine for Lost Markers

1) Click on the Fulfillment Tab.

2) Under FULFILLMENT, click on Manage Patron Services

4) Click on the active balance amount.

5) Click on Add Fine or Fee.

6) Complete each space provided. Enter the fee type as “Lost item replacement fee”, the Fee Amount as 1, 2, or 3 dollars ($1 per marker lost), the bar code of the pouch, and a comment regarding what color marker or markers were lost. Then click Add and Close.

7) Click Save and Done.
