Where can I find the Visitor Material Request form?

In an effort to make microforms and other material from the LSC more accessible to visitors, you will find a link to the online Visitor Material Request form bookmarked on the circulation computers and the supervisor’s computer. Just click on “Other bookmarks” and you will see the link to the form.

When a visitor asks to see an item in the LSC, you can help them place a request right at the front workstations. Likewise, if a non-Emory person requests an item from the LSC by phone, email, or chat, you can open the form and fill it out immediately upon receiving their request.
