Repeated Jamming

If a machine is repeatedly jamming, first check to see if it appears to be jamming while attempting to print a particular job.

If a machine is jamming repeatedly on multiple jobs over the course of an entire shift:

• Report the problem to the Learning Commons desk on L1 and provide the name of the printer.

• Place an Out of Order sign on the printer.
