DeskTracker reports

Below are DT reports for the last pay period, general and zoning. I would like to commend those, who diligently report their interactions—getting the stats is very important, as it enables LSD to report the amount of work done and to show the need for staffing. Unfortunately, some students consistently for the duration of this semester fail to enter a single DT interaction. That is unacceptable and needs to change.

I also have to point out that zoning reporting is low, and nearly a half of the students did not enter a single zoning occurrence during this pay period. Please ensure that you report zoning after you zone. I would also like to ask the Desk Supervisors to ensure that zoning is done regularly.
