MyPrintCenter uploads and printing issues

I thought I had hit send on the original email, but must have forgotten while I was troubleshooting this issue with our support vendor.

Lately, there have been some intermittent delays in communication between MyPrintCenter and the print servers. While we're still not sure what is causing these issues, our support vendor is working with the Pharos software engineers to find out more information. And they will be getting back to me as soon as they can.

So, for now, if anyone comes to you with issues regarding slowness to print or failed prints, check to see if they attempted to use MyPrintCenter. If they did, please recommend that they attempt to use the installed print queues found at http://software.emory.edu/swe or one of the managed workstations on campus. These print queues seem to be unaffected.

I will update everyone when I have more information.
