Remember to CC EaglePrint when replacing toner!

Hello LSD Staff,

Please remember that if we are replacing printer toners and drums, we should always follow the instructions below to notify Eagle Print of these actions. This will ensure that we never run out of supplies for our printers, and that we can address all printer issues in a timely manner. Please review the instructions below.....

TWO SCENARIOS

1) If responding to a low toner or drum ticket in LibAnswers that requires replacing toner or drum, remember to CC EaglePrint.

2) If you are replacing toner but there is no ticket to respond to, remember to post under Learning Commons -> Report a Problem -> Report a Problem with PRINTERS.

Select New Topic and report what toner was replaced and the device name, i.e. "Black toner replaced in wml-1-lc-p1."
