Remember, that you are required to OPEN AND CHECK printers' trays when you are the first to zone in the morning. You should start with the bottom tray and, if you find it empty, refill it and check the next tray up. And so on (printers use paper from bottom to top).
This morning, after zoning has been done, all three BW printers on level 2 had the bottom trays empty and the top trays half full.
