Important: Desk Tracker!!!

Hello LSD Team,

I would like to remind our entire team about the importance of logging all of our service opportunities in Desk Tracker. Desk Tracker is very important in that this tool helps us to see the usage of our department, as well as the productivity of our team members. If you are not logging in your activities in Desk Tracker then it it likely that our statistics will not reflect your true work value. Each time that you are engaged in service with our patrons, or any of the functions associated with the operations and maintenance of the Service Desk (i.e. zoning, reference help, computer assistance, etc.) it should be accounted for in Desk Tracker. This will be important in the context of employee evaluations, and future opportunities associated with the Service Desk. Please remember....Desk Tracker is your best friend!!! She will tell the story of your workplace activities and effectiveness.
